Welcome!

I am a Kansas City portrait photographer and I specialize in fine art images of babies, children and families. I love, love, love natural light and use it almost exclusively when I shoot on location or in my Olathe studio. When you visit you're sure to meet Susan; my sister, studio manager, and assistant extraordinaire. We've yet to find a kid who can resist her giggle inducing powers.

I cherish my job because it's much more than taking photos. It's making friends, finding connections and capturing personalities. As a mother of three rapidly growing girls, I treasure most those pictures that have captured their beauty and their spirit and it gives me great pleasure to provide those types of images to my clients.

Elizabeth

Meet Elizabeth, one of my daughter's best friends and an incredibly talented actress and singer. You may recognize her from a mini outdoor session we did early in the summer. She came by the studio last week for her "official" senior session. It was too hot to go outdoors and do some urban shots so check back in a few weeks to see more of her beautiful face!
